Erquy, a natural gem between land and sea
French capital of scallops, Erquy reveals to you a landscape of striking diversity. The majestic pink sandstone cliffs, sculpted by the elements for millennia, plunge steeply into a sea of a thousand shades of emerald. These unique geological formations offer spectacular panoramas, particularly at Cape Erquy where land and sea engage in an eternal battle.

The long sandy beaches stretch out in graceful curves, bordered by dunes where maritime vegetation flourishes freely. The customs path winds along the coast, inviting you to unforgettable walks between sky and sea, where each turn reveals a new picture.

Our establishment is the ideal starting point to explore the wonders surrounding Erquy
Cap Fréhel
A spectacular promontory of pink sandstone majestically extending into the English Channel, offers breathtaking panoramas from its vertiginous cliffs rising 70 meters high. Its iconic lighthouse and its ornithological reserve, home to thousands of seabirds, make it an exceptional natural site where the power of the elements is displayed in all its splendour.
Fort La Latte
A medieval fortress perched on a rocky spur, seems straight out of a fairy tale. This 14th-century castle, with its ramparts, drawbridge, and towers, overlooks the emerald sea and offers a fascinating journey through time. Its picturesque setting has made it the backdrop for numerous films, including the famous “The Vikings.”
Dinard
An elegant seaside resort with Belle Époque architecture, unfolds its sumptuous villas facing the sea. Its palmtree-lined coastal promenades, its fine sandy beaches, and its refined atmosphere still bear witness to its golden age, when the British aristocracy made it their favourite holiday destination.
Saint-Malo
A corsair city surrounded by ramparts, reveals its indomitable character in the face of the ocean. Stroll through the cobbled streets of the walled city, admire the imposing shipowners’ houses, and let yourself be told the adventures of the king’s privateers. At high tide, the sight of the waves crashing against the walls is simply hypnotic.
Dinan
A perfectly preserved medieval town, transports you several centuries back in time with its half-timbered houses, cobblestone streets, and intact ramparts. Perched on a promontory overlooking the Rance, this city of art and history enchants with its castle, its basilica, and its picturesque port nestled at the foot of the old town.
Lamballe
Former capital of the Duchy of Penthièvre, reveals a rich architectural heritage with its Notre-Dame collegiate church, a jewel of Breton Gothic art, and its national stud farm founded under Louis XV. Its historic centre with old houses and the famous Mathurin Méheut Museum, dedicated to the work of this painter in love with Brittany, are well worth a visit.
