Our head chef and his team
Our head chef Jonathan Massing, 48 years old, from Reims, has worked in many Michelin starred establishments throughout France. He settled in Erquy in 2022 for a new life and new culinary experiences.
Laurent, our sous-chef, chef Antoine and pastry chef Vincent, are all deploying their energy and know-how to surprise and delight you.

Breakfast at La Plage
Our breakfast buffet is carefully crafted every morning by our head chef and his team and is served from 7.30 am onwards to satisfyalltastes and put our guests in a good mood!
Amongst all that our breakfast buffet has to offer, you will also find: anegg dish prepared your way on demand, organic homemade cereals, homemade jams, homemade pastries, dairy products from the neighbouring farm, organic fresh fruits, a selection of Breton cheeses and charcuterie, premium Bretons Récoltes fruit juices etc…
